Refund Policy

This policy applies to spec-editor Pro, the paid plugin of spec-editor, sold by Fox Games LLC through Gumroad. The open core is free and has nothing to refund.

1. The 7-day rule

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a spec-editor Pro subscription. If you ask in time, we refund that first payment in full.

2. Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. A renewal is any payment after the first one, for the same subscription. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. Cancelling stops future renewals. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. How to ask

Write to info@radianceteam.com from the e-mail address you used for the purchase. Put “Refund” in the subject. Tell us the date of the purchase and the plan. If the purchase was made with a different address, include the order number from your Gumroad receipt. You do not have to explain why.

4. How the refund is paid

The payment went through Gumroad, so the refund is issued through Gumroad to the payment method you used. Banks and card issuers decide how long the money takes to arrive. We cannot speed that up.

5. What happens to the license key

When a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase is cancelled. The Pro plugin stops working on your machines after the next license check. The open core is not affected, and your model files stay your plain files in your repository.

6. Chargebacks

Please write to us before you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A refund inside the 7 days is faster. If a chargeback is opened, the license key for that purchase is cancelled while the dispute is open.

7. Exceptions required by law

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or a cancellation period that is longer or wider than this policy, that right applies, and nothing here removes it. We will also refund when the law requires it, for example for a charge you did not authorize.

8. Early access

spec-editor Pro is in early access and purchase is not open yet. This policy describes how refunds will work when it opens.
