delivery_board
Run-time delivery lanes in one call (analysis, manager, coding, testing, devops, owner, closed_unconfirmed): one row per element in flight with an event inside the window, from the delivery_state projection, the role queues and the open questions.

duty_summary_get
The duty summary of an arbitrary interval [since, until), assembled from the journal alone: incidents, done/verified/released, account limits and interventions, each row with a reference back to its journal record. Deterministic; an interval with no records still returns a summary with an explicit no-events marker. The SAME assembly the Inbox and Ops sections of the web UI render. Read-only.

journal_query
Query the append-only run/agent/tool journal. Filter by kinds, run_id, agent, element, ts range, or min_seq (for polling). Returns matching events plus the journal’s current last_seq watermark. Read-only; returns an empty result if no journal exists.

Valid keys: [‘agent_stats’, ‘delivery_state’, ‘element_versions’, ‘gate_requests’, ‘llm_daily’, ‘pipeline_metrics’, ‘run_metrics’, ‘run_tree’, ‘skill_lifecycle’, ‘source_threshold’, ‘task_attribution’, ‘task_records’]. Cached and incrementally updated — cheap to call repeatedly.
