spec-editor agents start
Idempotently start the execution contour and the workers.
Without --role, this one command starts the whole system of the project: the
control contour (the project’s MCP server with plugins, the engine and the
managers) and then the workers of the execution contour, with the per-role slot
counts from the configuration. A control contour that is already running is not
duplicated or restarted; one that has exited is started again.
